Kyrean nodded.
"It'd be good to keep the Tamaro name and blood line in the family, that way the weaker fighters stay out...wait, that sounds more like Karos."
She said, thinking about what Zuki would say.
"Oh, and, I'll find myself a spot in there. And maybe I'll go tease around with Bluu a bit later, too."

"Well, that is true... We have a line of magicians in our family. I happen to be one of the more powerful ones. It skipped my father and grandma and great grandma, but it came from my great grandfather and grandfather and my mother. I love my mother. Her curse words makes things explode." He laughed. "One time, embarrasing moment happened. She looked at me and she made my clothes dissapeared in a middle of the crowd when I started to yell at her. Man, I learned my lesson from her."

Kyrean rolled her eyes.
"Well, I overheard Ary and mom. Ary was yelling cusswords, and there were a lot of things exploding. Something about an egg. Ah well."
She then started to laugh.
"And I put a spell on Karos, so whenever he drinks Ale, it'll taste like cat hair and a whole bunch of other digusting stuff; so he'll stop chugging it down all the time."

Jotie laughed. "That's what I did to Zuki! But I think the spell wore off, but I don't think he drinks anymore. Just in case, if you see Zuki, cast the magic on him for me. Because he may screw up one day and kill someone for no reason from his drunken self. That's how your grandfather lost his pet hawk. That was a beautiful white raptor."

"Well, Karos does say that the bird was the only good bird in existance. When mom was a bird, he looked about ready to kill her. Then, she pecked him on the head."
Kyrean was already thinking up how to tease Bluu.

Bluu was in the library already. He was looking at picture books, since he doesn't know how to read. Jotie chuckled. "Hello there, Bluu. How's the book going?"
Bluu looked up and grinned. "Hi partner! Hello Kyrean!" He ran up to her and started rubbing his head against her side, purring. He was taller than both of them when he stood up on all fours. He was slim suprisingly, considering on how he eats so much.

"Hey there, Bluu."
Kyrean said, grinning.
"Wow, you're friendly today. What's gotten into you, a dragoness on your mind?"
She said, patting him on the nose with a chuckle.

Bluu chortled. "No. I'm going to go see Misma soon and talk to her and play with the other dragonets! She likes me, because she say I am the most hyper one." He then sat down on his haunches, grinning.
Jotie chuckled. "Alright, we should get going on one side of the library, starting at my favorite spot."

Kyrean smiled.
"Well, good for you. Who knows, you'll probably find a dragon girl who's just has hyper."
She then looked at Jotie, and nodded.
"Alright. Lets go, then."

Bluu grinned. "I hope so too!" He then went back to his picture book and began reading.
Jotie led her to the farthest corner. It didn't have any windows, yet it had alot of light. "I illuminated this part of the room so many years ago. The light never dies down from here." He said. "As you can tell, you won't have a shadow here." He said, holding his hand out, not even making a shadow anywhere.

Kyrean tested it out herself.
"Wow. I haven't come across a spell that does this yet..."
She said, looking around, seeing if it blinded you when you looked at a certain spot.

"It's a great magic. The light distributes out evenly, so there is no blind spots." as if he knew what she was doing. He then pulled out a book, Zzarg Dragon Magic. "This book is antique and has many spells of dragon magic. Zzarg is a famous spellcaster who counqured this continent fifteen thousand years ago and he kept it that land his for five thousand years, until the day he died."

Kyrean quickly and carefully took it. She opened it, and sat down, already reading it, not hearing things from the outside world.

Jotie smiled and pulled out a book as well. It was a history book about elven history and he just began to read it. Although it wasn't interesting, considering he has read it three times. Once in a while, he looks up at Kyrean and smiled, noticing how she was attatched to reading.

Kyrean flipped about one page a minute, reading each page in a set of two in thrity seconds. She was able to read it throughly though, not having to skim to read it that fast.

Jotie noticed how fast she was reading. He smiled how intent she was reading the book, focusing on it so clearly. Before he realised it, he fell in love with her. He then finally found out about that, because he stopped reading his book. He then gritted his teeth and growled and sighed.

Kyrean heard Jotie growl, and looked up from the book. She looked around then at Jotie.
"Whats wrong?"

Jotie blushed and crouched down and tried to hide himself behind the book. "N-nothing! I was just mad... at something... It was about... the humans always trying to claim our territory..." He said, reading the part where there was a war between elves and humans.

Kyrean shrugged.
"Alright then."
She said, and went back to the book, already on page 512.

Jotie sighed with releif and resumed his normal position. I can't belive it... Torak is actually right. I do love her and she does have a womanly figure... He continued to stare at her.

Kyrean finished the book ten minutes later, then noticed Jotie staring at her.
"What?"
She asked, this time knowing something was wrong.

Jotie widened his eyes and looked around with his orbs, then back at her. "Uuh... Just wondering how you are the same age as me?" he lied, smiling nervously.

Kyrean stared at him suspiciously.
"Vampire aging. What else?"
She said, crossing her arms, staring into his eyes. She had noticed how they had glanced around before giving an answer.

His eyes did it again. "Oh... Didn't know that... heh heh?" He then closed the book and closed his eyes. "Well now! Time for you to test some magic..." He stood up fairly quickly and turned around. "We should get going now to the gardens."

Kyrean sighed. It'd take a while to figure out what he had on his mind.
"Fine."
She said, getting up.
I'm going to see if Torak has a truth potion if I can't remember a spell that'll get Jotie to tell me what's on his mind...
