(Sorry. *Major blush and goes to kill Torak* Anyway. xDD)
Torak hugged Airen tightly, planting a kiss on her head.
"Don't worry, I won't, either."

I should write it down and have you sign it. She teased and looked up at him. I'd carry it with me always... just in case.

Torak couldn't help but laugh.
"So you don't trust me?"
He teased back with a smirk.

Hm... She thought about it and grinned slyly. Maybe... She smiled brightly then and laughed soflty. Yes, very much. She replied at last and hugged him with one arm.

Torak grinned.
"Well, someone does."
He laughed, and held her, not letting her budge. After a moment, though, he remembered something.
"You need your rest, Airen..."
He scolded with a snicker.

She sighed gustily. Oh, if I must. She thought about the work she had to do later, since it was early morning. Oh goodie. I get to draw up taxes tomorrow. I think I'll try to sleep in. She said and looked up at Torak. Will that do?

"If that doesn't work, call in sick."
He replied with a chuckle.
"That always works for me."

But I don’t get sick… or at least I haven’t in years. Airen protested. And it wouldn’t work. I live in the castle. They’d send a healer to check on me and then I’d have to flash fry him to get some peace.

Torak chuckled.
"Well..."
He began the think, then smiled.
"Just tell them you want a day off. You've worked hard enough for a decade's vacation."

Airen nodded. I suppose, but King Jotie suggested I see Bluu tomorrow and there are a couple of things I really want to finish up tomorrow. She said with a thoughtful frown. But I promise to take the rest of the day off and just hang out with Bluu. King Jotie says he’s grown quite a bit since I’ve last seen him.

"Alright."
Torak sighed, accepting defeat.
"You can do a few things tomorrow, and stay with Bluu the rest of the day. Just nothing that will stress you out or anything strenuous. Alright?"

Life is stressful. She replied drolly but smiled at him. Why don't you stick around? Or I could take tomorrow off too and we could spend it together. How about that?

"Sure, I'll stick around. and, I'll hang around tomorrow as well. I just hope Ryuu doesn't find some paper."
He chuckled, remembering when the small fire dragon tried to eat Airen's documents.

Airen snorted. Ekirth will pin him to the ground and bite him if he does. But I’ve got some papers he can eat if he really wants to.

Torak snickered.
"I think Ryuu will be fine, though. He's taken a fancy to wax lately... weird little creature, though."

Really? She asked with a raised brow. That is strange. I’d better hide my candles from him.

Torak nodded.
"Like I said. Strange little creature..."

Airen nodded and poked his side. So you’ve been doing well then? She asked him. The baby likes to cause a riot… especially kicking my ribs. Did it get that from you?

Torak shrugged.
"Not sure, actually. I don't remember how I was when I was a kid. Maybe because I really didn't have much of a childhood. Who knows?"
He wondered, his gaze in space for a moment.

Hm. Airen was unconvinced. I think it did. You like to throw things into turmoil, not that I mind though.

"Well, sorry, then..."

I bet you’re sorry. She teased with a sly look. It’s of no consequence. You had a good day, no?
