Gabriel walked through the meadow, looking at the flowers. He was surprised that some would open at night. But he felt that made them exceptionally beautiful. He bent over to look at one silver flower that looked like a primrose.
Lilis was on the far side of the meadow, cutting black roses. She was in a bad mood and felt like being evil this night. Mortals needed to be kept in line. A little fear should do the trick. Of course, she just hoped her plan wouldn't backfire. Lilis growled and cut another rose, leaving the stem long and full of sharp thorns.

Crei laid among the area where the Silver Roses and Black Roses met, her gun at her side. She was still angry at herself for failing to catch a bounty with quite a lot of gold on the head. She bared her fangs at the sky, not amused with anything at the moment. She then looked up, and seeing Gaberial, she carefully grabbed her gun as stealthily as she could, then loaded it, ready to fire incase he meant any harm to her.

Gabriel heard the gun but pretended as though he hadn't. He straightened and looked up at the moon. After a moment passed, he walked on to find a different flower. Angel kept his gardens. She'd kill to get her hands on certain ones. He'd have to bring some back or she'd never talk to him again. He'd bring some back for Celeste and Ize too. They weren't much for flowers, but they could do whatever they wanted with them. Celeste could use hers for target practice if she really didn't want them and Ize would probably stuff his in a dark corner until they died.

Crei watched Gaberial, then looked over the other side to Lilis. She then looked back to the one in the silver rose patch, and staying low, crept her way near the trees, before jumping up into them to hide and watch. She aimed her gun again, not firing it, just incase.

Gabriel glanced over into the shadows, but focused on a tree. Being ancient has its uses I suppose. He thought and looked back around him. He reached down to pick a dark purple flower. He didn't smell, just looked at it and continued to walk through the meadow.

Crei adjusted her feet, so the heels kept her on. She leaned over, still watching both Lilis and Gaberial, before she lost her grip on the branch, and fell. The gun shockfired into the air, and a loud bang was heard. She cussed in her mind, rubbing her ankle, since she had landed on it in an odd position.

Gabriel looked over and his brows raised. He walked over to her. He stopped before her, but didn't offer his help. She did have a gun after all.
Lilis looked up with a scowl and swore vehemently. She drifted away from the black roses and into the shadows. No point in sticking around if there was the possibility of getting shot at. Besides, she still wanted to plant her roses in peoples' homes.

Crei quickly got up, and sniffed the air. She started to the other side, her eyes darting around for the woman that had been there earlier. She seemed to had vanished into the air, something the bounty hunter depised, mainly when it was her prey. She sighed, figuring she wasn't even going to get a chance at the name, and why she had come out this late.

(Lilis is still on the far side.)

Lilis stepped up behind her with Kaie at her back. The two just stood quietly behind her. Lilis was kind of curious as to why she had even come looking for her anyway.

Crei continued walking, and sighed once more. She turned, giving up, when she saw Lilis. Her eyes focused on her, as if aiming with her gun. She then realized this was who Zinzo, her uncle, had been talking about. Lilis, the bodyguard that always hung around Renor Crysos, Kestal's sister kingdom. She lowered her gun to her side, watching her unblinkingly.

Lilis stared coldly after Crei. Kaie looked at Crei too and immediately found her boring. She retreated back into Lilis, who growled obscenely and stalked off into the darkness.
Gabriel shrugged. He walked back into the meadow to look a more flowers, particularly ones that weren't in his garden already. Angel wanted something new to try and grow anyhow.

Crei watched Lilis.
Well, I know who she is. What about him, though?
She shrugged, and walked back to Gaberial, being careful as she walked. She stopped a few meters away, narrowing her eyes, wondering why a man wanted flowers, unless he had a girl. She studied him. It seemed the best possibility. But in the middle of the night?

"Staring is rude you know." Gabriel commented softly and turned back to Crei. "If you have some sort of question or business with me, please hurry up about it. I don't plan on spending my night out here. Celeste would stake me for one thing and then Ceit would be dancing gleefully in his manor. Angel would take over my manor, but I doubt that even she could remove Ize from my libraries."
Gabriel stared levely at her for a bit and then turned back to the flowers. Angel's favorite colors were red, blue, and black. Celeste was just fond of almost every dark color. And Ize... he kept to books.

Crei continued to watch Gaberial.
"Apparently, you have a family. Cute."
She said, thinking a moment.
"So, you're looking for flowers for them? You may want to try the Kestal gardens. There are many types of flowers there from all over the world. My Grandmother travels when she has nothing better to do; and brings them back. I'm sure she wouldn't mind if you took some."

Gabriel darkened and didn't respond right away. "I have... companions... I could have had a family... once... Angel just takes care of my grounds, Celeste my security, and Ize my libraries."

"But unfortunately, Slayers took your girl, didn't they?"
Crei asked. More and more, it was Slayers. And after Gaberial had said that, she knew. Her different colored eyes looked to the left, hearing a twig snap.

"When was it never Slayers?" Gabriel asked softly, looking around into the darkness. "I wished one could've found me afterwards... but some vampires need me to be a buffer between them and Ceit."

"Fate has a funny way of playing everyone's lives out."
Crei replied, her two eyes still focused on the darkness. She blinked quickly, and her blue eye seemed to grow darker, while her gren one seemed to glow brighter in her gaze.
"And apparently, fate wants you around for longer."

"Fate," Gabriel repeated bitterly and with more emotion than he'd ever shown before. "It certainly knows how to torture a body."

Crei nodded silently, thinking.
"Fate has a funny way of doing things. Now, I think it'd be best if you stop flower picking and get down."
There was another rustle in the brush, and Crei aimed at the brush, waiting.

Gabriel directed a glare at her. "I am well over seven hundred years old and I'm not helpless." Of course, Celeste could argue that point. He thought and looked in the direction she was pointing her gun.

She wanted to shoot a glare at Gaberial, but didn't, her two eyes focused on the brush. Her green eye swirled for a moment, and right as the being came out, she fired. Her gun went back to her side as a mortal human dropped dead, as if it was no big deal.

Gabriel watched and regained his composure. All emotion disappeared from his eyes and face, making him appear like a statue.
"Impressive." He said quietly, letting a handful of ash drift to the ground.
