Patience and Jack meet for the first time.

Jack was riding at a slow speed throught the fields just enjoying the outside, and the nice sunshine. it was warm and pretty and Jack was day dreaming in his own little world.

[Kilian]

Phobos, Patience’s servant and bodyguard, flew above her. He was not pleased to see another young man. Virtue had said that men would come after his sister to use her or marry her and most wouldn’t be true to her. But they still had to search. This just irked Phobos though. They were out in the middle of nowhere and this guy was just riding? That couldn’t be right. Phobos voiced an angry screech as he tucked his wings against his side and dived at the rider, attacking him.

Patience was at her wit’s end. Guys had been coming up to her for the past several days! Once it had taken Phobos, Demos, and Virtue to help untangle her from a nasty situation involving three guys. But now she had some peace, or so she thought until Phobos disappeared from her view. She urged Trillium into a gallop and crested the hill in time to see Phobos attack a poor rider. Patience put Trillium into a gallop again so that she could catch up with her irate guard.

“Phobos, stop that now!” He ignored her. “Phobos! I command that you stop this instance!”

After he proved that he wasn’t going to stop, Patience rode up alongside the guy and pulled her guard from the air. She held him against her side and spoke softly to him. Then she looked up at the other rider, a gentle smile on her lips and lighting her face.

“I’m very sorry about that. Phobos has overzealous as of lately. He didn’t hurt you did he?” She asked the rider worriedly, frowning a little. “I’ll heal you if he did. I’m very sorry about this sir.”

Jack looked at her shyly and saw her beauty, she was very pretty. "Oh no, just some scratches. I am Prince Jack of the elfen Kingdom(can't remeber). Pleased to make your aquaintence, as for your guard, I hope he learns to control himself, if it were any other prince I am afraid he may have found some trouble. But I understand he was only doing his job." said Jack in a very quiet voice shyly eyeing the ground.

[Kilian]

Patience laughed warmly and released Phobos from her grip. He glided to the ground and shifted into his two-legger form.
“Phobos finds no trouble. He prevents it from reaching me, even if that involves some risk and consequences. But please, let me heal your scratches. It would make me feel better.” Patience said sincerely and held her hands out to him. “Please?”

"Go right ahead, I wouldn't mind you ridding me of the sting. Thankyou, you are a very nice person. Do you mind if I ask who you are?" he asked not being able to look away from her beautiful face. He could feel his heart steadily beating faster, he saw this wonderful, nice girl, and all he could think was, "She could be the one!"

[Kilian]

Patience laughed and began to heal all of Jack’s scratches with gentle fingers. “I am Princess Aurelia Patience Lynette de Greadin, but to save your breath, everyone calls me Patience. And I’m not always this nice. I don’t have to be, so I don’t save courtesy for those who don’t deserve it.” She told him as she stretched to reach the scratches on his face.
Once everything was healed, Phobos pushed Trillium away from Jack. Patience frowned at him, but he ignored her. Patience wasn’t the only upset with Phobos. Trillium was on the verge of stomping on him. The big, white warhorse would have stomped him into the ground, but Patience turned her away from him and rode around to the other side of Jack.
“You’re more useful when you’re actually protecting me from something or someone. And since I can’t send you away – “
“I will obey.” Phobos finished, not looking the least bit pleased.
“Good. So where were you riding to Prince Jack?”

"I don't know, I am just... riding. I love to be outside, and the gentle breeze feels comforting against my skin. Also there is nothing else of importance to do today, for once, it's kind of like a day off for me." said Jack as the breeze blew again.

[Kilian]

"Oh," Patience said with a smile, "do you mind if we accompany you? Phobos can make sure we don't run into any trouble and it is a lot safer to fight with someone rather than alone if we should happen to stumble into some trouble. Don't you think?"

[Zuki Tamaro]

(He he! I just have to bring him in)

Foxtrot was fencing with his brand new dagger that Zuki gave to him. It was small and lightweight. He then heard talking nearby, so he hid and crawled through the bushes and peeked around. He then spotted a huge horse. He wondered who it belonged, so he came out a little further and looked at two people (He missed seeing Phobos). He wondered who those people were. But he stayed hidden, the dagger in his hand.

[Kilian]

Phobos was curious of the new smell the wind carried. He shifted into his favorite form, a black eagle, and went to find out. He saw a boy on the ground with a dagger in his hand. Remembering the incident from a few minutes before, Phobos landed behind Foxtrot and went back into his two-legger form.

“Can I help you?” He asked in a low, gravelly voice, folding his arms over his chest.

Jack not knowing what was going on, stared at the boy with his dagger. "Who is that boy?" asked Jack curiously.

[Zuki Tamaro]

Foxtrot was suprised and looked around behind him. "Aah!" he screamed as he started to move backwards, revealing his whole self now. "Umm... I was just... watching sir. I was practicing just across the forest here. I'm sorry! Please don't hurt me!" He clasped his hands on his dagger with both hands and held it up in front of him while he got onto his knees.

[Kilian]

"Oh Phobos!" Patience cried and rode up to her servant and Foxtrot. "Stop that, you're scaring him!"

Phobos bowed to Patience and Foxtrot. "My apologies. I was only protecting my lady."

Patience smiled down at Foxtrot. "Well, hello. I'm Patience." She said, leaning over in her saddle to offer Foxtrot a hand up.

Jack looked at her admiringly, she was very kind, and very protected. He didn't know who she was, but she had to be someone of importance to have such security.

[Zuki Tamaro]

Foxtrot looked up. He then smiled and held out his hand and pulled himself up. "Umm... Thanks miss. I'm sorry. I shouldn't be here." He held the dagger and his hand to the side, his finger playing on the blade part (Not the sharp part, the flat part.) "I think I should get going, before I do get into trouble."

Jack rode over and asked, "Who are you? I am Prince Serbin? Why would you get in trouble, you have done nothing wrong!" he said giving Foxtrot an approving look.

[Zuki Tamaro]

Foxtrot looked up at the man and smiled. "I'm Foxtrot. I'm a trainee warrior under King Zuki's throne. I'm being personally trainned by his best bodyguard and I'm going to grow up and be one!" he said in a more proud tone.

"Wow, that's awesome.I am sure you will be a great body guard." said Jack nodding his head.

[Zuki Tamaro]

[Kilian]

Patience smiled encouragingly. “I’m sure you’ll be a very good bodyguard too. You must be training very hard.” She told him, still smiling. “What weapons have you learned to use? What do you want to learn? And lastly, which weapon is your favorite?”

[Zuki Tamaro]

Foxtrot grinned. "I mastered a regular longsword, and passed the two handed swords with ease. I also got through axes and two handed axes. They were heavy on the end, so I had to use more strength, but it made me go really fast with daggers! Next, he's going to teach me knife throwing and axe throwing. After that, I'm going to learn how to weild two swords at once and use it at my advantage. And then, I'm going ot learn how to use pole-arms and spears. He said that javelin throwing is optional for me, but there isn't much people who knows how to throw javelins." He then sighed and finally said, "Finally, we are going to practice the hardest weapon to use, which is called the Wheel. That's my favorite weapon and you can do a bunch of tricks with the wheel." He grinned. "It's like a giant hoola-hoop(SP) that has blades sticking out of it!"

[Kilian]

"Wow!" Patience said appraisingly, genuinely impressed. "I never could have learned to use all of those weapons so quickly. I can use daggers and a few other weapons, but whips are my favorite. I'm very good with them, but I'm a little out of practice."

Trillium fidgetted and turned her head towards Foxtrot.

"Oh, this is my warhorse. Her names is Trillium. She's nice to kids and everyone else unless she's fighting. She's saved my life a few times... just like Phobos has too." Trillium snorted and Phobos allowed for a small grin.

[Zuki Tamaro]

Foxtrot smiled. "Wow, that's neat. I love horses. They are neat!" He reached out and petted Trillium.

"Whips?" asked Jack turning his head to the side in a confused look. "What kind of whips?" He didn't know anything about whips, except that they were fast, and if used correctly fatal.

[Kilian]

Trillium snorted and butted Foxtrot with her head. She lipped at her shirt and pushed him with her nose. Phobos slipped into his panther form and lay down under Trillium. Patience chuckled, pulling on her belt which was actually her whip. She gave one, hard pull and the whip flung out, cracking the air.

"This one is actually my shorter whip. My longer one is in my pack and it's about thirteen feet long. Playing with a whip isn't easy and the only thing easy about it is taking your own eye out on accident. My brother helped me learn to fight with a few other weapons though." Patience said and flicked the whip up so that she could grab the end.
