((Don't care if it's a he or she. But, Ryuu's more of a guy name, so , *shrugs*))
Torak chuckled.
"You have a strong grip, you know that?"
He asked the small dragon, chuckling. With his other hand, he stroked the head scales again.

( Yahoo!) Ryuu let go of his finger and arched his neck appreciatively. He rubbed his head against Torak's hand as Airen finished the last colored details on him. Again, she exchanged colors to work on the palace details. She didn't need to look to get her colors right, but she did anyway.

Torak turned his attention from Ryuu, and looked at Airen, watching her draw. His eyes focused on her drawing a moment, and smiled to himself, before looking back to the tiny dragon.

Airen didn't notice Torak look, or she would have hid it from him until she was finished. As it went, she was still being careful and quick at the same time. Ekirth watched her work on her drawing and then looked at the subjects of the drawing. He looked back and shrugged his wings.

((I call playing Ryuu now. XDD))
Ryuu stared at Airen's drawing, his head tilting before he looked back at Torak. He noticed Torak staring at Airen, and bit him on the ear. Torak grimaced, and looked at Ryuu, who seemed to grin.

(*sighs relief* Goodie!)
Aha! Airen said triumphantly and smeared the last bit of pastel for a perfect blend. Don't you dare tell me no. Pastels smear and make a mess, but they sure do make a picture look awesome. She told Torak, carefully removing the paper before holding it out to him.

Torak took it, not saying a word about it. He looked at it.
"Hey Ryuu, look..."
He said, watching the picture, as if it was moving. Ryuu took a look at it, and tried to grab it with his mouth. Torak held it away from him, sighing.

Airen and Ekirth watched them. She wondered what he thought about the picture, but wasn't about to ask him. She took Ekirth off of her shoulder and began to finger his fiery scales.

"Airen, like I said. You're good."
Torak said, still watching the picture, holding it away from Ryuu's grasp. Ryuu snorted smoke, not amused, wanting the drawing to munch on.

Huh? Oh, thank you. She said and looked up at him. She grinned crookedly. Ekirth climbed back up her arm and curled around her neck. So you like it?

Torak nodded.
"A lot."
He said, still not giving Ryuu the chance to take it. The small dragon bit his ear again.

Thank you... That means a lot to me. Airen told him shyly. Um, if you feed Ryuu sands, he can make glass.

Torak nodded.
"I'll try that."
Ryuu snorted. He didn't want to eat whatever sand was. To him, it sounded like scales of his brotherin.

Ekirth felt offended by Ryuu. He nudged Airen's ear with his nose. She sighed and pulled out a small pouch. Ekirth didn't wait for her to pour it out and stuck his head in it. Airen raised a brow.
The pouch was empty by the time Ekirth finished. This surprised Airen greatly. She was still staring at him when regurgitated a ball of glass that had green, blue, and orange swirls. Airen rolled it between her fingers for a minute.
Well, Ekirth felt a demonstration was in order. She said and held it out for Torak and Ryuu to look at.

Torak nodded, then looked at Ryuu. Ryuu snorted once more, thinking two simple words. Show off. He chirped a little, and Torak chuckled.
"We'll get some sand for you later, Ryuu."

Ekirth ignored Ryuu. Airen tucked the marble away into her bag.
They can make some very pretty pieces. She said and tickled Ekirth's chin.

Ryuu stuck his tiny dragon tongue out, and Torak rolled his eyes.
"Come on, I want you to try once."
Ryuu bit Torak's ear, and he yelped again.
"Fine, fine, you win..."

Airen smiled and Ekirth laughed. Ekirth coughed up another marble thing. It rolled off the roof. No one was below them, so Airen wasn't concerned.
So, do you like anything else, besides robotics?

Torak shrugged.
"Reading, for one. But, I've read almost all the books in Kestal, and I memorize easily. So, reading them again would do no good. I also like somebody. But, I'm letting her go to someone smarter and better looking."
Ryuu looked at Torak suspiciously, biting him on the ear. But this time, Torak deflected it with his metal hand.

I hope there's someone smarter out there for her. Airen replied with a laugh. Most people seem to lack the capacity to look intelligent as well as act it. But what makes you think that she wouldn't like you? You work in robotics - technology - so wouldn't that make you smart as well?

"Yea. Something very few do. But, I know she'd probably prefer a classy guy; not one that comes home smelling like gunpowder and blood, then has to go straight to the shower to keep the smell from sticking, then heading to bed straight after. Not much of a love life there. But, of coarse, I keep myself like that, always tired, and when not, always thinking up how to make myself. I just know she'd prefer a man working in Government, rich, not getting himself into trouble."
Torak chuckled at himself.

Oh I don't know. That seems more exciting than hearing about a new law or how peace talks are going in another land. Government is pretty routine you know. Trouble isn't really planned and that can make it all the more interesting.

Torak looked at Airen again, raising one of his eyebrows.
"So. You're telling me you'd rather a troublemaker than a politician? You are full of surprises."
He smiled, then looked forward to the horizon. It had grown darker.

Airen rolled her eyes and snorted with disgust. Alright. If you really don't believe me, you try sitting through a session of law or just council and listen to them drone about nothing. It's gets very old and very boring fast. Besides, I like to cause a little mischeif myself.

Torak chuckled.
"Yea. But still, I figure you'll find a guy better than me."
Ryuu started to laugh in a small dragon way, and it took Torak a moment to realize why. He grimaced.
